These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iptvstick.net and the services provided by IPTV Stick. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide access to an IPTV media service and the related setup support. We supply a subscription that lets you stream content through third-party player applications on your own device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Prices are shown on our pricing page and are payable in advance.
• Your subscription is valid for the duration of the plan you purchase.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew them.

4. Activation & delivery

After payment is confirmed, we send your activation details (typically within 10 minutes to 2 hours). It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and device details.

5. Acceptable use

• Your subscription is for personal, private use on the number of devices in your plan.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute your subscription without our permission.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content disclaimer

We do not host, store, record or broadcast any media content, channels or streams. We provide access to a service and technical support only. All content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for its availability, accuracy or legality. No specific channel or content is guaranteed.

7. Internet & devices

A stable internet connection is required (we recommend 15–25 Mbps or higher). We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet provider, network, or device. Player applications are owned and operated by third parties.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance, server issues or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Stick shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach these terms, including misuse, fraud or chargeback abuse.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
