DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
IPTV Stick respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains our position on copyright and how to submit a notice.
1. No content hosted
IPTV Stick does not host, store, upload, record, stream or control any media, channels, films or television content. We provide access to a third-party service and offer setup support only. All content is supplied, transmitted and controlled by third parties over whom we have no control.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent acting on their behalf) and believe that material accessible through a third-party service infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice. Because we do not host content, we will forward valid notices to the relevant third party where possible.
3. What your notice must include
To be valid, your written notice must include:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact details (name, address, email and telephone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Where to send your notice
Send your DMCA / copyright notice to our designated contact at support@iptvstick.net with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Please allow a reasonable time for us to review and respond.
5. Counter-notification
If you believe content was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, including your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
6. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
7. Disclaimer
Submitting false or misleading notices may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, you should seek legal advice.
