At IPTV Stick we want you to be completely happy with your subscription. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund.
1. Try before you buy
We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing, so you can test the service, channels and quality on your device. This is the best way to make sure the service works for you.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You contacted our support team and gave us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.
- The problem is caused by our service and not by your internet connection, network or device.
- The request is made within 7 days of your purchase.
3. What is not refundable
- Requests made after the 7-day period.
- Problems caused by a slow or unstable internet connection or your ISP.
- Device incompatibility where you declined setup help.
- A specific channel or content not being available (no specific content is guaranteed).
- Change of mind once the service has been activated and is working correctly.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@iptvstick.net or via WhatsApp/Telegram with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to resolve the problem first; if we cannot, we will process an eligible refund.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your subscription.
